My name is Sharon Trickett and I am a self taught contemporaryt artist in Nova Scotia. I have been honing my skills as a contemporary artist full time for several years now, choosing acrylics and mixed media tools as my medium of choice. Having the Nova Scotia beauty as my inspiration makes it easy to create new forms of artwork. My artistic expression has gone through many phases over the years resulting in a highly personal approach and perspective. I am never content with standing still and always looking for the next engaging project. Painting brings me peace, joy and a feeling of contentment. I hope to convey the same feeling to others through my art. Stay safe and keep smiling!

My Secret Garden. My inspiration for that came from my parents garden with the secret stone walkway throught it.
